Return

Wed Nov 25, 2009, 1:05 AM

Widdy's back!

After a couple of weeks of almost total art block I have finally managed a couple of sketchbook pages.

I decided not to fight it this time and just stopped drawing and waited for it to pass. It has done me good actually as I now have the confidence to draw in my own (childlike) manner and to stop thrashing about searching for a "style"

Expect some more finished stuff soon. The ideas are flowing again.

Stay tuned! :teevee:

  • Mood: Eager
  • Listening to: Hybrid - "Finished Symphony"
  • Reading: "Draw" - Jeffrey Camp

Werd ich zum Augenblicke sagen:
Verweile doch! du bist so schön!

Then, to the Moment I’d dare say:
‘Stay a while! You are so lovely!’
:iconsairex90:
Hey, widdy. It's been a while. How are you doing? =)

Hi Ivan.

I'm uninspired and hating the short winter days.

How are you?

Ditto on hating the short days. I'm studying and being sick periodically.

I received your ATC yesterday and I was so happy to open. Not only is Flying Niddles a great piece of art but it was packaged so beautifully. I felt like I was opening up a gift of the highest caliber. Thank you!
:iconwiddywoo:
Awww - I'm sooo glad you liked it.
